

Friday 5th to Sunday 7th June – There are still a couple of places left on the coach.
The coach leaves Red Lion Square Friday lunchtime and returns on Sunday afternoon. We spend Friday afternoon in Poperinge before going in to Ypres where we will stay for two nights. Saturday morning is free and in the afternoon we take a tour of the local WW1 Battlefields.
If you have misplaced your booking form please contact Kevin or Amanda – the closing date for booking is the 28th February and the payment must be received by HTA by 15th March.
This year will be held during the week from Saturday 18th to Sunday 26th April. We are not arranging a coach but if anyone would like to go please contact Kevin or Amanda and we may find we can get enough people interested for a mini bus or a couple of cars.

With the towns close links with Toc H, Talbot House and Poperinge it may be an interesting play to go a see.
Hythe Aqua Swimming Club have a long standing exchange with a German town Wunstorf nr Hanover and have asked for HTA help accommodating 7 adults during the week of the 6th April
– this clashes with the Easter School holidays. Hosts would be included in all aspects of the week activities.

The St Cecelia Band in Poperinge are giving their Spring Concert on Sunday 5th April
– we haven’t had venue or time confirmed.

Also enclosed is the flyer for the Annual Coffee Morning On Saturday 14th March at the Town Hall – same day as the Farmer’s Market so pop in and see us for coffee. Berck Twinning Association has been invited to bring their exhibition along. If you have time to make a cake for the cake stall please bring it along on the morning. There will be a book stall and tombola to name but a few. If you can spare half an hour to help during the morning – please advise Kevin or Amanda.
